We sure do!  In a perfect world you would love everything you buy from us.  We work hard at bringing in only the finest products but there will be the odd occasion where what you bought simply won't work for you.  We offer exchanges only, with a receipt, up to 7 days after purchase.  No exchanges or refunds on cut chain, broken strands or classes.

What makes us an expert on beads? TOP

I'm not sure if I am an expert but having been a successful jewelry designer for over 6 years does help a bit!  As with most beaders I've travelled far and wide to find beautiful and/or unusual materials to work with.  If I've been asked once I've been asked a million times "where do you get your supplies from?".  You will now be able to use the very same beads and findings that I use in all my designs.  Hopefully you'll like some of the goodies that I've personally hand picked.

What does OD and ID mean TOP

You may hear OD and ID when buying jump rings.  OD refers to the size of the ring when using the outer diameter and ID refers to the size of the ring using the inner diameter.  Every manufacturer uses a different method of measuring so if size is important for things like chainmaille you need to know this information.

OD = outer diameter
ID = inner diameter

What is the difference between Bali Silver and Turkish Silver TOP

The difference betwwen Bali silver and turkish silver is in the composition of the silver alloy used.  Most sterling silver is made of a combination of silver and copper alloy.  Turkish silver is made of silver and cadmium alloy.  Cadmium is lighter than copper which makes the beads slightly cheaper by weight and also makes them much more tarnish resistant.
