Birthday party set up

For a unique and fun experience we offer childrens birthday parties where your child and their friends will have fun and go home with a piece of jewelry that they have made themselves.

 

Parties available for children 7 years of age and up.

Minimum of 6 children with a maximum of 10.

One parent/guardian must stay behind to help with "child wrangling"!!

 

Birthday parties are only held on Sunday afternoons when the store is closed.

3 days before party a final head count must be submitted so appropriate kits can be made.

$20 per child with a $50 deposit.  Birthday parties must be prepaid and no refund given 48 hours before party.  Includes all project materials, fun atmosphere and project guidance and assistance.

 

You will need to provide food, drinks, paper plates, cups and napkins.  We will provide tablecloth.  Due to the nature of the business all food and drinks must be consummed at tables provided.  We have no cooking facilities or cold food storage so things like pizza that can be delivered are your best option.

 

Stereo available so please bring along your childs favorite music.

 

Also available - have your beading birthday party at your home!   Have the same fun and creative experience you would in the store but in the comfort of your own home.  Kellie will arrive with everything you need for a 2 hour party at the location of your choice.
