After much careful thought and consideration we have decided to re-open the store for personal shopping. Due to many factors, including staffing availability and owner exhaustion (it's a real thing) we will not be going back to our old hours for the foreseeable future. Here is what it will look like:
We will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11am - 5pm. and Sunday 11am - 4pm. That should give everyone a day of the week to be able to stop by and have your beading needs met. We will be closed all other days plus Holidays.
We will also be continuing with curbside pickup. Simply place an order on-line and choose "in store pickup" when checking out. Orders are filled from Monday to Friday and we will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
To make for a safer shopping environment for both customers and staff we have implemented a few "new normals" that need to be followed:
Only 3 people in the store at a time and 6 ft social distancing needs to be practiced. If you arrive at the store during our new business hours and you find the door locked that is because the store is full. Please be patient and wait under the awning until a staff member unlocks the door. If you arrive and the door is open you may come on in.
Please use the hand sanitizer at the station at the front of the store. This is a requirement for all staff and shoppers upon entering the store. Feel free to use some as you leave the store.
You may wear a mask if you choose and our staff may also be wearing them. Please do not wear any gloves in the store that you have worn outside.
We have installed a LEXAN guard at the front desk to provide extra protection.
We will be regularly disinfecting common surfaces in the store.
Our Moneris touch pad will be covered with plastic to make it easier to clean. We will be accepting cash payments but debit and credit card payments would be preferred at this time. We will be able to take touch payments of up to $250.00.
Please do not shop in groups. As we are limiting the amount of people in the store we would appreciate that only people shopping for beads be in the store. If you do have to bring your child with you we will ask that they be by your side at all times.
We will not be using our tray system at this time. When you arrive at the store please take a black plastic tray from the table at the front that will include some small zip-lock bags and a Sharpie marker. We will now have you write down the price and quantities of your items to lessen contact. The trays and markers will be cleaned after each use.
PLEASE DO NOT COME IN THE STORE IF YOU ARE SICK! If you are ill and need a beading fix please call us and we will help you out as much as possible.
Although we are known for helping you design your pieces and giving the absolute best customer service in the industry things will have to look a little different moving forward. We will still be there to help you as much as possible but we won't be able to get as close to you as we used to.
Please be considerate of those that might be waiting to get in the store. The staff will regularly be checking the lineup. If you have been in the store for a long period of time you might be asked to finish your shopping to let others in. We know this will be hard to do as you get excited to be around the beads!
Please allow us some grace as we navigate this new normal. There will be a learning curve for all of use.

We would like to thank each and every one of you that has supported the store during this extremely difficult time. Your on-line orders meant that the rent, bills and staff were paid and we will still be around to provide you with all the beading goodies you enjoy.
