How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of your purchase to arrange the return. If we have messed up your order somehow there will be no additional cost to you.

We DO NOT accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, kits, leather, leather spools, stringing supplies or any sale items. Returns must be in original undamaged packaging and in re-sale-able condition.
Please note that if you have changed your mind and are returning your entire order we may charge an additional fee for the cost of pulling and packing your order. Please do not return an order without contacting us first. Do not return to the return address on the original shipment as that is a place holder address with our 3rd party mailing company.
We are not responsible for returns that get damaged or lost in the mail.
Original shipping is not refundable.
