How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of your purchase to arrange the return.

We DO NOT accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, kits, leather, leather spools, stringing supplies or any sale items.
Returns must be in original undamaged packaging and in re-sale-able condition.
Original shipping is not refundable.
